Larry has been called as an expert witness by Rep. Bob Goodlatte, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on Intellectual Property, Competition, and the Internet to testify on Tuesday, Feb. 15th. Larry’s testimony will address the Federal Communications Commission’s Dec. 23, 2010 Report and Order on Preserving the Open Internet–aka the infamous net neutrality rules. This will be the first Congressional hearing on the Order.  More details to come.
