Upcoming speaking engagements

 

Larry will be in Washington, D.C. the week of Sept. 29, speaking at two policy events open to the public.

On Sept.30th, Larry joins FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, U.S. Ambassador Karen Kornbluh and others at an event co-sponsored by the Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy and Democracy, A Journal of Ideas for a symposium on Regulating the Digital Economy.  Larry will be discussing his article in the Fall issue of the magazine, “Managing the Big Bang:  The Regulator’s Dilemma.”  The event will be moderated by E.J. Dionne, Jr., columnist for The Washington Post.

On October 1, Larry will be at the National Press Club speaking at an event sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business on “The Open Internet?  Classifying Communications Services.”

Both events are free.  Registration is required.
