Larry to Testify on FCC Reform July 11, 2013

Larry has been invited to testify on ways Congress should reform the Federal Communications Commission in response to disruptive technologies that are within the agency’s jurisdiction. He will appear before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on July 11, 2013, at 10:30 AM. The hearing will be webcast.
