Larry to Testify July 25th on the State of Wireline Competition

Larry has been invited to testify on the state of wireline competition in the transition to all-IP communications.   He will appear before the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee on July 25, 2013, at 10:00 AM. The hearing will be webcast.
